What is Catalyst Personal Training? A catalyst, as you know, is something which brings about a desired change. As such, Catalyst Personal Training offers two types of training, our one-on-one sessions and “Cat-Fit” classes. Both of these are conducted under the supervision of Dayne Hughes and are one hour in duration.
Workouts can be conducted either at home, in a local park, or at a beach near you – it’s your choice! Catalyst PT can assist you no matter where you are on the “fitness ladder”, whether you’re training for a marathon or just to look better surfing (you might just want to drop 5-10 kgs.).
